The Rolling Fork provided amazing catering service for our wedding reception in Moab, Utah. They worked with us to build a menu that would work for our budget, and provided excellent service both before and during the event. Where to even begin! Aaron and his team are 10/10. Rolling Fork catered our wedding (and the welcome party the night before) and they were absolutely incredible to work with and just hands down awesome people. A separate shout out to Megan who baked the most incredible wedding cake of all time – it was beautiful, tasty and 100% vegan. The Rolling Fork recently provided catering for our company Winter Holiday party. Aaron, Megan, Jake, and Colton were amazing! We enjoyed working with them from the planning stage through the event. The Rolling Fork is the absolute BEST!! We selected them as our caterer and they truly are the most flexible, easy-going crew to work with making for a seamless Wedding day. We had around 180 guests, and did a duo plate with steak/chicken and it was SOOO good. Not only do they catering but they also make the BEST desserts. It’s a two in one deal. And last but not least, they also have the best Late Night bites, food truck style. They truly do it all, making it SO easy and fun. Our guests raved about the food. We highly recommend them for your Wedding or next weekend – they can do anything!

Aaron and Megan and the Rolling Fork are truly AMAZING! We had Rolling Fork cater our wedding in Glenwood Springs and they went above and beyond in all ways. First, the food was spectacular. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the restaurant quality, warm and fresh appetizers (charcuterie board, elote wraps) and lunch entrees (elk burger, ahi tuna steaks, and acorn squash) were for the wedding. Impressively, all 150 guest were served their food quickly and still warm! Second, Rolling Fork was amazing in being flexible with our last minute change in venu, many dietary restrictions, and with helping me warm and serve the dessert I made for the wedding. Third, Rolling Fork orders all of the food and serving ware for the wedding so they have extremely minimal waste and compostable materials. Lastly, Aaron and Megan are a pleasure to work with, are very kind giving people and are well connected within the Colorado wedding world and offered support with other vendors. I cannot recommended Rolling Fork with enough praise! They are just a fantastic company to work with and have amazing food and I would highly recommend booking them for any event!

Delish food at the Dallenbach Ranch for an igloo dinner. Everything was very flavorful that we had. It was nice to see the “man behind the food” at the end of dinner. I would highly recommend Rolling Fork Truck!

I saw the almost famous chicken sandwich online and I had to come check it out! I am so glad I did, it was one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve had in awhile! i highly recommend and I look forward to trying more of your delicious foods!

Literally the BEST food! We had them come for our wedding and not only did they bring the most beautiful and delicious charcuterie board but they had the most amazing food we ended up going with the fried chicken sandwiches (amazing!) and the rockfish tacos – I wasn’t able to try the tacos but everyone who got one loved them. 10/10 would recommend! Everyone at our wedding mentioned to us how awesome the food was!

Meagan and Aaron are by far my favorite caterers in the valley from a wedding planners perspective. They are easy going, the kind of people you want around on your wedding day, and the food is incredible. Not to mention the food truck operates almost 100% self sufficiently making it easy to cater your event ANYWHERE.
